I am very happy with the turnaround time and the quality of work. My wife recently was rear ended in her Volvo and we will be taking her car there as well. Obviously I highly recommend them as they are now my “go to” for any damage to my vehicles!

I walked into CDM's Grape Street location on a whim as I waited for my son to take his driver's permit test. I had done some front end damage to my 2020 Acura RDX that required substantive bodywork to its fender, grill, side panels and lights. On more of a fact finding mission, I immediately found myself to be gravitated towards the care and attention from the CDM team at the onset. After a walkaround and a couple of photos, I was sent an estimate that same evening, which I found to be reasonable and detailed. Two days later, I met Lory (one of the owners) at CDM's Niagara Street location to drop off my car. I couldn't have been more pleased with getting the whole process underway in less than 3 days. One week later, all of the work was complete as promised. No additional charges, no delays and just an exceptional job. Moreover, my wife had a broken tail light on her 2018 Acura MDX. While my wife was dropping me off to get my car, Lory sat us down, ordered the part directly from Acura and within two days had the new light installed on my wife's vehicle for 1/4 of the cost of a prior quote we'd received. While I'm a huge proponent of supporting local businesses, I will still first default to cost, service and quality. I can genuinely attest to the fact that I received exceptional, cost effective service and quality from this local business. An all around win!! As a native, I've got my trusted electrician, plumber and handyman. Now I have my resource for automotive service and questions. While I know we're all busy, I highly recommend you take a moment to get to know Lory and her team - everything about my family's experience at CDM was genuine. While I don't want to make a practice out of visiting CDM, my son did pass his permit test so I suspect we may be seeing Lory again in the future. Estupendo!!
